In today’s busy world we all have limitations of time.
With work deadlines, travel and family commitments getting anytime to look after yourself can be an issue.
What if I shared a workout routine that you can complete in just 20 minutes?
You can do this at home with limited equipment, in the gym or even the park. I have designed a balanced session to look after your posture and yet there is enough intensity that you still get an effective workout.

The 20 Minute Workout:
Mobilisers
90s Shoulder Rotations (With a DynaBand)
90s Static Reverse Lunge (Hip Extensions (45s Each Leg))
90s Static Squats
Resistance Exercise
60s Push Ups (or Push Outs with TRX / Olympic Rings)
30s Rest
60s Squats
30s Rest
60s Suspension Rows (TRX or Olympic Rings)
30s Rest
60s Lunges
30s Rest
X2
Cardio
Tabata - Ideally Sprints :)
Running, Rowing, Cycling, Cross Trainer.
20s Sprint
10s Rest
X8
(I know this is 20 mins and 30 seconds . . . But what's 30s between friends?)
Any of us should be able to fit this into our daily schedule. Aim for 3/4 workouts a week and let me know how you go.
Any questions hit me up in the comments below and if you love it give the post a share on Facebook / Twitter.
Keep moving,
James
