Strength and flexibility goals are common amongst my clients.  

How do you achieve both when the training for each is so different?

Flexibility and strength are separate goals and ultimately achieving both at the same time may not be the most efficient use of your time.  

However there is a basic level of flexibility and mobility that I try and achieve with my clients so that they can perform basic resistance exercises: a squat, a lunge, a push, a pull and a twist.

In today’s busy world we all have limitations of time.  

With work deadlines, travel and family commitments getting anytime to look after yourself can be an issue.  

What if I shared a workout routine that you can complete in just 20 minutes?  

You can do this at home with limited equipment, in the gym or even the park.  I have designed a balanced session to look after your posture and yet there is enough intensity that you still get an effective workout.

I love Vibram FiveFingers I have not encountered a single piece of equipment or apparel that has given me such a change in my attitude towards movement and provided my with so much fun along the way. 

It used to feel like I was a bit of a minor celebrity when I first started wearing them around 7 years ago or so.  Complete strangers would come up to me asking where I got my shoes from.  “Are the comfortable?” I was always asked.  I have ended up owning 5 pairs myself and recommended them to anybody that would care to listen.
